Terms of Service

The service

Reviews.Memorial helps funeral homes request, track, and respond to Google reviews. You get message templates, scheduling, one optional reminder, QR review cards, click tracking, and reply drafting. We are not affiliated with Google.

Honest feedback only

You agree to use Reviews.Memorial solely to request honest feedback. You may not use the service to post or solicit fake reviews, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, selectively solicit only satisfied families, pressure anyone to leave a positive rating, or gate reviews by sentiment. You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies and with applicable messaging laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — this protects every funeral home on the platform.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have an appropriate basis to contact the families you add (an existing service relationship), you will honor opt-outs immediately, and you will use the do-not-contact flag whenever follow-up would be inappropriate. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact information you enter.

Billing

Paid plans are $49 per month per location unless otherwise agreed, billed monthly. No contract — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

First-Review Guarantee

If your location does not receive at least one new Google review during your first 60 days as a paying customer, we will refund all subscription fees paid for that location upon request. The guarantee applies once per location for new customers.

Data

Your data is yours. You can export it at any time and request deletion when you leave. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, rating outcome, or business result. Reply drafts are suggestions — review them before posting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Questions: jess@precisionoutreach.com.
