Who this covers

Reviews.Memorial is used by funeral homes ("customers") to send respectful review requests to the families they have served. This policy covers both our customers and the family members whose contact information customers add to the service.

What we collect

• Account information — the funeral home's name, staff names and emails, locations, phone numbers, and Google review links.
• Family contact information — added by the funeral home: a contact's name, phone number and/or email, the first name of their loved one, the service date, and any private notes the staff record.
• Message and delivery records — the review request messages sent, when they were sent, and whether the review link was opened (we record a hashed IP and browser type, never a raw IP address).
• Google review data — when a customer connects their Google listing, we store their public rating, review count, and public review text.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: sending review requests and at most one gentle reminder on the funeral home's behalf, tracking follow-up, drafting reply suggestions, and reporting. Message content may be processed by an AI language-model provider to draft replies; we do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never use family contact information for our own marketing.

For families who receive our messages

If you received a message through Reviews.Memorial, it was sent at the request of the funeral home that served your family. You will receive at most one request and one gentle reminder. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe option in any email, and you will not be contacted again. You may also ask the funeral home directly, or email us, to have your information removed entirely — we will complete removal within 30 days.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers, each receiving only what's needed for their function: a messaging carrier, an email delivery service, an AI language-model provider, a payments processor, and a cloud hosting provider. A current list is available on request.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

We keep information while the customer's account is active. Customers can delete family contacts at any time and can export or delete their data by request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information — email jess@precisionoutreach.com and we will honor these requests.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, click-tracking IPs are hashed, and we collect only what is needed to send dignified follow-up. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we treat this data — names of the deceased and their grieving families — with the care it deserves.

Children

Reviews.Memorial is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
